Turkey Meatloaf


This 21 Day Fix Extreme recipe is AWESOME! Every family member approved of this one last night so this will definitely become a regular dinner item! It's easy, healthy, and fast to make. What else could a busy Mommy ask for? Let me know what you think of this recipe below!
TURKEY MEATLOAF
Ingredients:
2 lbs raw 93% lean ground turkey
1 cup all natural salsa
1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp sea salt or Himalayan salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine turkey, salsa, quinoa, eggs, garlic and salt. Mix well by hand or with a rubber spatula. Place turkey mixture into a 9×5 loaf pan and smooth top with a rubber spatula.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing into 8 slices and serving.
Servings: 8
Serving size: 1 slice
