Yoga Mat Giveaway!

I have become OBSESSED with Beachbody ON DEMAND! I love that I get to try different workout programs to find what I like best and what works for me. I had a rest day from TurboFire yesterday so I decided to give PIYO Sweat a try. I LOVED IT!! It was so different from any other workout I've done before.
