My name is Stephanie Swanson. I am a 26 year old Mother of two and wife from New Hampshire. My husband and I have been married for two years. We have a daughter who is almost two and a son who is 3 months old.

After my son was born I was the heaviest I had ever been and lacked a lot of self-confidence. I decided it was time to make a change. In December of 2014 I started the 21 Day Fix and drinking Shakeology. To date I have lost 28 pounds because of these programs!

My mission is to help support other people achieve their health and fitness goals. I want people to feel the same way I did and have the same support to be successful.
